3-20 working days depend on quantity and material stock.

l  Can I get a sample?

Always welcome you to test our items, sample fee and shipment fee might need cover by you. Some model we can take the cost.

l  What payment methods do you support?

l  What is your warranty time and after-sales policy?

Warranty time 2 year. In warranty period, you can send it back to us and the shipment fee cover by you. 

We will send it back to you and the shipment fee cover by us when we fix it or retreat it.

l  What is your OEM/ODM policy?

OEM service is also available for circuitry, sub-assembly and housing design. About 30% products are from Customized request according to our customers.

l  What certificates does your items have?

CE, RoHs, Emark, UKCA etc. Please let us know if your market needs any other access certification, 

we can work together to obtain the certification required by the relevant market in the early stage.
